This is a broad based highly entertaining rating which rates runners in all Australian Thoroughbred, Harness and Greyhound races. It is generated from licensed live data using clever technologies which watch the flow of money into the pools and derives a rating based on many market factors. Generally speaking, due to the nature of the rating is biased toward the favorite end of the market but will regularly throw up longer priced runners when it sees a market shift.

TABs, hotels, and clubs will benefit greatly from this exciting and fun rating which has an uncanny knack for picking 2 or 3 of the place-getters more often than not as well as giving regular first four picks. Its clear display is designed to be clearly seen from a distance on basic PC hardware in the betting area or in a bar area as a stimulating entertainment system.

Hotpicks is generally used for boxing quinellas, exactas, duets/any2s and trifectas, but use for win and place betting is not uncommon either. The order of the runners selected is not as significant as it is with many ratings.
