BetLive is a live in-the-run sports betting display system developed for exclusive use in Tabcorp outlets.
The system is Tabcorp designed and operated but available as a free option to some of Flexicast's existing content suites.
The system comprises either 2 or 4 channels configured around a vision screen dedicated to live sports and will follow the live events covered on the vision and act as companion channels offering betting options on the game in play.
The system will automatically switch to Tabcorp recommended events to eliminate staff time to control the service but can be overridden to select special events that your punters may desire to see.
During times when no live events are in play, the system displays popular options for betting futures.

BETLIVE CONFIGURATION
The basic overview of Betlive setup is that the screens that make up a Zone are set to the same TV channel as the vision screen that they accompany.
A standard Betlive Zone is thought of as a set of 4 companion screens to one main vision screen. The screens are arranged around the main vision screen, two to the left and two to the right with each sides screens arranged one above the other vertically.
STEP 1: LOGIN.
- Open http://betlive.flexicast.com in a web browser that has cookies enabled.
- Enter the Agency Number and Password into the form controls and click "Log In".
STEP 2: SET BETLIVE ZONE TO CORRESPONDING TV CHANNEL.
Once logged in a screen similar to the image below will be displayed which shows a row for each live betting opportunity available during the next 24 hours.
COLUMNS DESCRIPTIONS
- Zone column as per installed Zone at the venue.
- Channel column that displays the TV channel that the sport will be broadcast on.
- Match Details column that displays the type of sport, the participants and either an "In Play" indicator or a date & time calendar of when the sport broadcast in due to begin.
HOW TO SETUP A ZONE
To setup a zone the user simply clicks on the "Set" button on the row containing the desired TV channel and in the correct column for the Zone that is being configured.
In the example above it can be seen that Zone 1 has been set to follow "One HD" resulting in a tick appearing in each row of the Zone1 column that has an event being broadcast on "One HD" and Zone 2 has been set to follow "Foxsports 2".
DISPLAY OF TAB SPORTSBET CONTROLLED MATCHES
TAB Sportsbet can select matches to be automatically setup on a BetLive Zone. These selections can be either "Locked" or "Recommended" and are setup to run from a specified start date and time through to a specified stop date and time for a particular zone.
When the configured start time is reached all venues that have a corresponding zone installed will have the BetLive screens in that zone automatically set to the correct content and the venue staff will need to manually switch the TV for the zone to the matching broadcast channel.
LOCKED MATCH SELECTIONS
When a zone has been "Locked" to a match the BetLive screens in that zone will automatically change to the correct content and venue staff will not be able to change that zone until the lock stop time is reached and control is released back to the venue.
The image below shows a lock in place on zone 1.
The lock is for the Bulldogs v StGeorge Illawarra starting at 7:35pm on channel 9. The interface will show locked for all matches following a locked match to prevent the zone being moved off of the locked match.
As soon as the locked period is complete full control is restored to the venue
RECOMMENDED MATCH SELECTIONS:
When a "Recommended" match has been setup the BetLive screens for the configured zone will automatically change to that match, however venue staff will be able to change the zone to a different match in the normal way on the BetLive website.
"Recommended" matches have an indicator in the Match Details column as shown in the image below
